Northern Districts Cricket Association, the largest Association in New Zealand, is seeking the services of a driven, strategic thinker to lead the Community Cricket programmes throughout the region.
The role will be focussed on growing the game at a grassroots level across all ages and demographics.
Given the unique geography of the region, the role will require someone who is able to see the big picture, and have the ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders in presenting a vision and giving people an understanding of how they are to achieve the targets in front of them.
The successful applicant will need to have a high level of planning capability, as well as strong communication skills and a passion for growing sport within communities.

SENIOR MENS HEAD COACH
Northern Districts Cricket Association is seeking the services of an ambitious, dedicated and talented Head Coach to lead its professional team in the Ford Trophy (1 day) and Plunket Shield (4 day) competitions.
The candidate may or may not have had experience as a coach or player at First Class level. They must however have a drive for success, strong experience working with elite players and have well-developed communication skills that allow engagement with a wide demographic.
Our Head Coach must possess a high level of technical and tactical expertise and a desire to continue growing their own knowledge base.
The successful candidate will understand the challenges that we face, most specifically the bringing together and up-skilling of talent from the unique geographical region that makes up our Association.
The role works closely alongside our Knights T20 Head Coach and all High Performance staff with the dual goals of delivering team and individual player success.
