ND Performance Coach and Female Talent Lead – Fixed Term
Key Responsibilities
Provide coaching support as the Assistant Coach in the ND Women’s HP program that supports our purpose of developing White Ferns and consistently performing teams
Lead the development and implementation of the Female NDA, U19, U17 programmes, including managing required staff and selection processes
Lead the planning and delivery of the Female ND Academy program, inclusive of coaching and playing programmes
Provide support as part of the coaching team across all performance and talent cricket programs
Attributes
The ideal candidate would need to have the following attributes:
- Cricket knowledge relating to the technical and tactical requirements of the Female game at a high performance level. Genuine knowledge and interest in developing female athletes.
- Ability to create and support clear strategic plans relating to cricket program delivery.
- Strong relationship building skills, leadership and presence that connects people and programs
