Northern Districts Cricket Association (ND) seeks an engaged and energetic ‘Development Officer’ to lead implementation of the ND strategy and operation. Based in Counties Manukau, the ideal candidate will be passionate to grow cricket experiences and innovative to strengthen participation capability for schools, colleges and clubs. A key priority will be to strengthen tamariki and rangatahi participation through the delivery of great cricketing experiences via our SuperSmash programmes, as well as increase club capability (via volunteer support) and coach development.

Our flagship teams are the Northern Districts, Northern Brave and Northern Māori, with the regional ‘heartbeat’ through our community game and 11,000 participants.
