Are you passionate about women’s sport, cricket, and making a meaningful impact in your community? Northland Cricket Association is on the lookout for a Female Development Officer to help lead the growth of women’s and girls’ cricket across the region.

This is an exciting 9-month fixed-term opportunity, ideal for someone ready to get stuck into the grassroots game and inspire the next generation of players. There is potential for the role to become permanent at the end of the fixed term

Key Skills & Experience We’re Looking For:

✔️ A strong passion for women’s sport and community development
✔️ Experience coaching cricket (or similar team sports)
✔️ Background in playing or coaching at the community level
✔️ NZC coaching qualifications (or actively working towards them)
✔️ A team player with great communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude

This role is all about growing participation, building strong community relationships, and developing quality experiences for young women in cricket.
