Pathway and Talent Coach – Counties Manukau

Northern District Cricket Association (ND) seeks a ‘Pathway and Talent Coach – Counties Manukau to lead the planning, delivery and evaluation of Pathway and Talent programmes across the Counties Manukau region and will be an integral part of the ND regional coaching team. The role will structure and coach an annual regional Pathway programme, as well as lead the delivery of the ND Regional Academy and the development of talent in the region for male and female athletes. Based at Papakura, the ideal candidate will be able to create high quality environments that support the holistic development of young athletes. You will have high-level cricket knowledge, knowledge of player development, strong administrative skills, and the ability to build strong relationships to facilitate the development of our best young talent.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • NZC Coaching Level 2 qualification or higher (preferred)
  • Experience in community and/or professional sport
  • Must be legally entitled to work in NZ
