9 Feb 2026Nominations for the 2025/26 Northern Districts Cricket Community Awards are now OPEN! These awards recognise the true cricketing heroes across the ND region that go the extra mile to help provide quality experiences for our players, whether it’s a school or club which has helped make cricket a Game for All, or whether it may be an individual coach or volunteer has made a significant impact on their cricketing community.
Northern Districts Awards night will be held on Tuesday 31 March 2026 to celebrate achievements across community, talent and performance.
There are eight awards which you can submit a nomination for:
- Emerging Official of the Year
- Community Official of the Year
- Community Groundskeeper of the Year
- Club of the Year - Community Engagement Strategy
- Outstanding Contribution and Services to Community Coaching
- Allan McBride Trophy for Service to Junior Cricket*
- Service to Cricket*

Any person/club/school/organisation is eligible to put forward a nomination. Nominations will close at midnight on Friday 27 February 2026.
