Big Summer Ahead for BLACKCAPS & WHITE FERNS: England, West Indies, and South Africa Set to Tour4 Jul 2025

Cricket fans in the North can prepare for a jam-packed summer schedule, featuring the BLACKCAPS and WHITE FERNS taking on some of the best teams in the world throughout the 2025/26 season. 

In case you missed it, Bay Oval will roar to life in early October, hosting three action-packed T20 Internationals between the BLACKCAPS and cricketing heavyweights, Australia. 

Other touring teams feature Brendon McCullum’s crowd favourites England, West Indies, South Africa (men and women), and Zimbabwe, who will take on the WHITE FERNS in a 3-match T20I series at Seddon Park in February 2026.

Here’s some of what’s in store for Seddon Park, Hamilton: 

BLACKCAPS v England ODI
Wednesday 29 October 2025, 2pm 

After a stunning Test Series win over England at Seddon Park last year, which coincided with Tim Southee’s final game for his country, kickstart the season in style as England return to take on the BLACKCAPS, this time with the white ball. 

BLACKCAPS v West Indies ODI
Saturday 22 November 2025, 2pm 

Less than one month after England, the swag of West Indies hits Seddon Park and Bay Oval with more 50-over cricket on display. 

WHITE FERNS & BLACKCAPS v South Africa T20I
Tuesday 17 March 2026, 2.45pm and 7.15pm 

The successful T20 International doubleheader format is back, with the WHITE FERNS and BLACKCAPS squaring off against South Africa in a T20 series. 

These fixtures bring some of the best cricketers in the world to the Northern Districts’ region, with a diverse, high-calibre list of opponents that will prove highly entertaining.
